Customized Products

Since our products are personalized, returns are accepted only if:

• Product is damaged
• Wrong item delivered
• Printing/manufacturing defect

Refund Process

• Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized products with customer-approved designs
• Used products
• Orders with incorrect information submitted by customer
