Shipping policy


Shipping Fee:

For all orders, the shipping is free.

Order Processing:

In most cases, order processing takes 1-2 business days. If you have ordered on a holiday or off-hour, it might get extended a bit due to that. 

Turnaround Time:

For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver in 4-8 business days.

All the will order will be deliver in 4-7 days 

But due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather or natural calamity, riots or strikes, unidentified addresses or unapproachable locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer. You will, however, be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/WhatsApp you after your order is processed further and sent to our delivery partner.

Buying Product For Special Occasion:

For a special occasions, place your order at least 15 working days in advance to allow time for resolving any delays or issues.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  1. Verification Process:

    • All COD orders are sent after a thorough 2 step verification process.
    • When you choose COD, a WhatsApp message is sent to you.
    • You must confirm/cancel the order through the link in the WhatsApp message.
    • And, someone from our team will call you for confirmation of the order you place.
    • If you do not answer the call, your order will be canceled.

  2. Non-Delivery to Certain Addresses:

    • We do not deliver COD personalized orders to hostels, PGs, universities, schools, business addresses that remain closed on weekends, hotels, etc. 
    • This policy is due to the high probability of returns from these addresses.

  3. Address Issues:

    • If your address is incomplete or cannot be verified, our team will attempt to contact you.
    • If there is no response, the COD order will be canceled.

  4. Placing Prepaid Orders:

    • If your COD order is canceled or you are ineligible for COD delivery, please place a prepaid order instead.
  5. COD Rules
    • On Cash On delivery Order COD Fee of 25 Rs will be applicable. 
    • Some of the categories and products are not eligible for COD
    • If multiple COD orders are placed by the same user before the first order is delivered, we may cancel all subsequent orders to ensure fair use of the COD option.
    • Users whose COD orders are canceled may be temporarily barred from placing new COD orders for the next 15 days.
